I spend most of my time in my practice proving, again and again, to people that

I think here of the mom of 3 who was pushing to get through the day and thought she was severely depressed. It ended up that she had a severe iron deficiency. When we fixed that, her energy and mood effortlessly improved.

Or the guy who had low testosterone but had been misdiagnosed with anxiety and low libido.

The teen with behavior problems who really had an autoimmune condition.

The 30-something female who's PMDD improved after we supplemented B6. This woman got half her life back now that 2 weeks out of every month she's no longer feeling crazy.

This is true for so many people because

Your brain is an organ that needs food, fuel, blood and oxygen like any other organ. When it's not working right it'll let you know with mental health and cognitive symptoms.

You can read all the self-help books in the world, but if you've got a nutrient deficiency that's in your way of your brain working properly, they're not going to fix your problems.

I'll teach you how to decode the symptoms your brain is sending you and treat them so that you can heal for good.

My public outreach is part of my mission to help people everywhere, for free. Please go watch this if you're struggling, download the Flöka app, and schedule your free 15 minute Discovery Call with me to see if I can help you.

I already know I can.
